11/04/18 LEADERSHIP MATTERS
I find better societal response to gospel witness and Christ since 2016, when Obama's political and PC agenda got set back.
Oh, and make no mistake: my message is Jesus, not politics or politicians. A wicked State mentality leads to a wicked societal mentality.
This is not saying that Trump is Saint of the Year. This is saying that an administration which works against the gospel politically and socially is going to cast a long and heavy shadow over that society and will give courage to the malcontent and anti-Christian segment of society. At this point in time, the message of Christ is not Governmentally opposed or demeaned, as it was in the Obama years, and I am seeing more open acceptance and less "follow the leader" in Christian bashing.
YES, it is possible that Trump can change his own political direction, but so far, the Trump Administration has at least taken steps to restore the freedom of Bible believers and the acceptableness of the Christian message.
NO, it will not last. I have read the end of the Book, and it will get really bad in the future. However, we at least have a window of opportunity to do the work of God, and the unsaved has an opportunity to come to Christ, without all of the persecution, which will attend gospel ministry in America.
