11/26/18 CHILDREN TAKE IT ON THE ROAD
Last evening we enjoyed visiting with Pastor Clint and Free Grace Wesleyan Church, on Harkers Island. Three of my grandchildren went up to sit on the front pew by themselves. They say they get a better view up there.
The congregation had been singing Christmas songs, so I asked Pastor if the three children could sing a song they know. He very graciously said yes. When I asked them if they wanted to sing, they eagerly said ye, even though they had not actually prepared to sing and had not practiced, or been previously informed.
I know I got a blessing. They enjoyed it greatly. Actually, they had not sung any specials together for about a year.
Thank you Pastor Clint for allowing them to share in song. (I would have had no problem if you had not given them the privilege). I know they appreciate it also. It is important to them to be part of worship service and they want to sing about Jesus. This opportunity encourages them. You and your congregation were very kind.
Sorry, the video did not transfer to FB as clearly as it should have. My fault. Thanks to Joanna for the video and the two photos of them on the platform. I did not even think about video at the time, it all happened so quickly.
