08/23/18 STRANGE BEDFELLOWS
It is said, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend."
You could say,
"Hatred makes for strange bedfellow."
(Liberalism and Islam are the bedfellows).
Both Liberalism (humanism) and Islam are at war with Biblical Christianity. This is what makes the Liberal sympathetic to "oppressed" Islam.
Both Liberalism and Islam misread or intentionally distort (or both) the origin, the nature, the principles, the history and the objectives of Biblical Christianity. Both Liberalism and Islam see themselves as the solution to the human dilemma.
Liberalism sees itself as the way of human betterment, eliminating Biblical Christianity, which Liberalism perceives as the primary threat to human dignity and accomplishment.
Of course, such warped views spring from the polluted well of Satan, who is the first and foremost enemy of God. Though there are many different forms of opposition to Biblical Christianity, there is only one centralized authority, and that is Satan, the father of lies.
