Y'all remember living among decent males and females, when most speech did not flow like filth from a backed up sewer?
There was sin and filthiness in those days too, but it was socially unacceptable, legally forbidden, religiously rejected. Even the sewer mouthed people themselves usually monitored their own speech.
The dignity of women and protection of children was a community concern. Women wanted to be thought of as ladies, at least on the social level.
As the level of morality and dignity ebbed and the level of filth flooded in, it became fashioned, social, political and now legal for people to spew their profanities and obscenities.
It will not get better until people turn to Christ.
