"ANOTHER VIEW" (see 2 Corinthians 11:2-4)
False Religion, Cults, Emergents (Liberals, Modernists) reject Scripture as God given, authoritative, infallible, inerrant.
CONTRARIWISE
Christians accept the Holy Bible as being God's miraculously revealed, authoritative, genuine, authentic, infallible and inerrant.
2 Corinthians 11:2-4
2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
BE BIBLICAL
This is not to be confused with blind faith in human interpretations or misrepresentations of God's revealed word.
Part of the reason for the apostasy of so many (young and old) is the fact that lip service and parroted devotion replaced a foundation of Biblical truth knowledge, understanding, wisdom. When these traits disappeared, then the spiritually deaf and dumb became prey for grievous wolves.
Remember what the Holy Spirit said through Paul,
Acts 20:26-30
26 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.
27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.
29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.
