05/16/18 ONLY TRUST IN CHRIST
Trump is just a man. Not even a saved man.
(so far) In SOME WAYS, he is a better President than any I have actually seen in the past, and certainly a welcome change from from the OTHER possibilities lately.
I never believed other Presidents were the anti-Christ, although the morals and attitude toward Christ, the Holy Bible and Christianity, put certain ones in that camp. Still, I never thought anyone of them would be the Beast of the Bible.
Likewise, I do not believe Trump will be the anti-Christ. Trump has done good things, and right things while in office. This of course does not qualify him for sainthood, but even if he turns against the good things he has done as President, and even if he were to ever become more reproachable to morality and Christianity than any other President was, he still would not qualify to be the anti-Christ.
So, why this post?
Obama showed us that a man who is personable, regardless of (maybe because of) his worldview and Humanistic orientation can win the people and be hailed as a great man, even though he undermined the history and heritage of the greatest country that ever existed.
The anti-Christ will be personable and he will be the champion of the masses. Trump could do even more than he has already done to help America and Israel and the rest of the world, but that will not make him the Messiah.
In fact, it will be a hero (as seen by some in Obama and as seen by some in Trump) who will become the favored son of the post rapture world. No, neither one will become the Beast, but the Beast will not be seen as a monster by the masses. No matter what good things anyone does (or is perceived as having done), we should not be surprised when a hero turns out to be a zero. Remember, Satan comes as an angel of light. Hopefully Trump and those who follow in his train will not betray America.
As I said, I am glad for the good that has happened in this present Administration, but I also know that things are going to go extremely bad before things become paradisaical.
Do not trust in hoses or chariots or the arm of flesh or mere men. Rejoice in the good things, as they happen. But ONLY, PUT YOUR TRUST IN CHRIST.
