07/31/18 WHAT DOES "AGGRAVATING" MEAN?

Earlier I had posted a video, which said, I AM A SERIAL AGGRAVATOR.
I addressed the issue that today Christians can be charged with AGGRAVATING, when all they are doing is witnessing. NO, I DID NOT SAY THEY WERE DOING ANYTHING WRONG. In fact, the people around a Christian can be doing all manner of law breaking, even the person that is being witnessed to can be a public menace or a public disturbance, but the Christian, even when he/she is quiet, orderly, polite, can be charged with AGGRAVATING.
AGGRAVATING. you gotta be kidding me. But, YEP, it is a "reality."
I have been threatened with this charge and others in my family have been threatened three different cities with this charge and I saw a video of people witnessing in Dearborn, Michigan being threatened with this charge.
I am not endorsing the Christians in the Dearborn (Detroit) video, since I don't know them and I don't know what happened, other than what was on the video. HOWEVER, the Christians were not attacking, threatening, intimidating or injuring the Muslims, though the Muslims were verbally and physically assaulting and threatening the Christians. It was on the public streets, still, the police threatened the Christians and represented the Muslims, who were obviously guilty of breaking the law. In fact, some of the police were Muslims and basically said that they were deciding what was legal and what was illegal.
BUT THAT WAS THERE AND I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT US.
The government and police forces side with Islam, because they are intimidated by Islam and not by Christianity. They know that Biblical Christians are not going to fight back with carnal weapons. We are going to love our enemies. (there are people who call themselves Christians who resort to physical violence, but they are not Biblical Christians). They may be saved. They may be right with God. BUT they are not Biblical if they are into violence and self defense with carnal a weapon.
If you are not breaking a law, causing a scene or a disturbance or not being obnoxious or not forcing yourself on anyone, law enforcement can still nail you with, AGGRAVATING.
Between Mark and myself, we have been threatened 3 times with the charge of aggravating. This took place in three different cities, on three different occasions, in two different States, and the same terminology was used.
If you are witnessing to someone, and someone does not like the fact that you are witnessing for Jesus, WHETHER WITH THEM, OR WITH SOMEONE ELSE, WHETHER THEY ARE PART OF THE SITUATION OR JUST PASSING BY, REGARDLESS OF HOW QUIET AND CIVIL YOU ARE BEHAVING, they can report you to the police and you may be charged with AGGRAVATING.
If you ask for a definition or a legal explanation, you may not get one. You may get the officer's personal viewpoint or opinion. THAT IS NOT THE LAW. THAT IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL. That is not the RULE OF LAW, though it is being used as the rule of law.
We need preachers with backbones.
We need parishioners with backbones.
We need law enforcement with backbones.
I have had police show up when I was having confrontations with BAD PEOPLE, who were threatening me, and the officers TOLD ME TO MOVE ON. They had the gun and they were afraid of what the law breaker was going to do. I did not have the gun and I stood my ground. All I had was the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT (which is more powerful), but God gave the sword of steel to the State to protect the righteous and to punish the wicked.
If given the choice, law enforcement today (at large) will go against the Christian holding a Bible rather than against a guy wearing a hoodie, and maybe a machete, if not a gun.
NO LAW ENFORCER SHOULD EVER USE FORCE, EVEN FOR THE STATE, TO ROB A CHRISTIAN OF HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OR GOD GIVEN OBLIGATION.
When the two police officers in Crossville, Tennessee came up to me and threatened me with arrest for AGGRAVATING they had their nose with inches of my nose. It was intended to either intimidate me into compliance or to agitate me into a physical assault, at which time they could arrest me.
I STOOD RIGHT THERE. I did not move. I did not back away and I did not act aggressively. That was even more disturbing to the officers. They are not used to being defied, especially by someone who is obviously not violent.
They would threaten me then the would talk to each other for a while then they would threaten me again. I told them, "Do what you have to do, but I am not going to leave, because I have not done anything wrong."
If I had flinched in their direction I would have been in cuffs and headed to the backseat of the cruiser. At the same time there were people standing nearby with profane and obscene pictures and words on their shirt, but the cops were threatening me with arrest, FOR AGGRAVATING.
They tried and tried to get me to leave and to stop talking, but I would not comply.
They finally realized I was not going to comply so they talked it over again. They basically told me that if I caused a problem again that they would arrest me.
When authorities are the ones who have the power, individually, to determine what a problem is, from the President to to the Dog Catcher, whether those who make the laws or enforce the laws or judge you for supposedly breaking the laws, WHEN THEY GET TO DECIDE WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG, BASED ON THEIR OWN FEELINGS OR STANDARDS, RATHER THAN BY RULE OF LAW, AND WHEN THEY DETERMINE THAT WE ARE AGGRAVATORS FOR OBEYING GOD AND LIVING BY OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, THEN WE NEED TO BE AGGRAVATORS.
Other people who are disturbing the peace, causing upheaval, breaking the law are going to be free to do the wrong thing while we suffer for doing the right thing. Everyone is afraid that they will upset voters, especially dangerous people who vote and especially the favored citizens of a Politically Correct society. The rights and dignity of Christians is easily abused because Christians are not a violent threat to them.
Too bad that Christians lost the power of prayer. Remember Ananias and Sapphira? God stepped in and stopped that anarchy. Today, there is a movement to stop the people of God. Don't be part of the movement and don't let the movement keep you from you Divine calling.
