Pastor's Sunday School Class for all new people (saved or unsaved) included; Theology, Soteriology, Ecclesiology, Eschatology.

OVERVIEW OF PASTOR'S CLASS

Our culture has been Biblically illiterate or misled for generations and needs to be enlightened concerning the basic truths of Scripture.

Our Sunday Morning Pastor's Study (part of our Sunday School program). Each of the four subjects took four to six weeks of hour long classes. Obviously it was not comprehensive, but it was a very intense and thorough introduction.

(1) Theology (the Study of God) included basic introductions to Pantheism, Polytheism, Monotheism - Christianity (Liberalism, Ritualism, Biblical and Trinitarianism), Agnosticism, Atheism. Each one in light of Biblical Christianity.

(2) Soteriology (the Study of Salvation) included introduction to God (Trinity, Christology, Pneumatology, Biblical Authority, Sin, Sacrifice, Guilt, Faith, Confession, Repentance, Obedience, Forgiveness, Justification, Regeneration, Adoption, Sanctification, Discipleship. Holiness of heart and life.

(3) Ecclesiology (the Study of The Church) included introduction to God's relationship with Adam, Abraham, Israel as a family, the Tabernacle, the Temple, Israel as a nation, Judah as a nation, The Church. The Church is Universal and Local. The Biblical models of Body, Building and Bride of Christ. Christ, the only Head of the Church, the Divine authority given to the Church, the essentiality of the Church, the mission of the Church, the gifts of the Church. The origin of the Church, the Biblical organization and order of the Church (leadership, unity, discipline).

(4) Eschatology (the Study of End Times or Last Things) included the concept that God works in phases (including two comings of Christ, two resurrections, four judgments).

Two comings of Christ (as Sacrifice and as Sovereign Judge and King).
Church Age precedes the Second coming of Christ, which includes the Rapture and the Return.
Church Age,
then Rapture,
then Tribulation,
then Return,
then Judgment of the Nations,
then Thousand Year Reign,
then final revolt,
then Conflagration,
then Great White Throne Judgement,
then the Lake of Fire for the unsaved,
then New Heaven, New Earth and New Jerusalem for the believer.
