04/11/18 HUMBLE BUT EAGER
Being filled with GOD, His nature, His truth, His gifts, His love; we should humbly, but eagerly share with others.
THOUGHTS...
We should never promote ourselves or use God's gifts, talents, abilities, skills, opportunities for personal gain, but we should never horde or be stingy with that which God has freely, intentionally blessed us.
We are filled so that we might be conformed to the image of Jesus, so that we might be made fit to worship and serve and we are filled, gifted, blessed so that we might share with others the blessing that God has given us.
We should never covet another person's place or ministry for God.
We should never presume the right of ministry.
But when God opens, calls, nudges, leads us to share what He has given to us, we ought to readily and humbly give of our best to the Master and serve others in the way that we would want to be served.

1 Peter 4:10-11
10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Romans 12:5-8
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
1 Corinthians 12:4-7
4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
