THE AMERICAN HUMANIST ASSOCIATION has a purpose.
"ADVOCATING PROGRESSIVE VALUES AND EQUALITY FOR HUMANISTS, ATHEISTS, AND FREETHINKERS"
American Secular Humanism has been championed by men like...
John Dewey (atheist, an original signer of the Humanist Manifesto, and the Father of Modern Education).
Francis Bellamy (author of the Pledge of Allegiance, though he was a Baptist preacher, he was primarily a proponent of "Christian Socialism" and Public Education and taught that Jesus was a Socialist).
Joseph Fletcher (Humanist of the Year in 1974, author of Situation Ethics and proponent of abortion, infanticide, ordained Episcopal Priest and an atheist).
Secular Humanism, Socialism, Naturalism, Materialism Pragmatism, Progressivism all became foundation stones in the Public Education System, which molded the minds of "Modernistic" Americans, and Modernist Christianity. Remember, these all belong to the same worldview of rejecting and denying Biblical Christianity and the doctrines of God.
