Gender ID problems are normal in a society that is sin sick from the sole of its foot to its head
GENDER CONFUSION AND EXTREME SEXUAL PERVERSION IS PART OF A GOD REJECTING SOCIETY.
I know that God directed this prophecy to Judah, but the principles are valid for any and all societies that turn from God or turn away from whatever relationship it has had with God (including Europe at large, the UK specifically and the USA especially).
I know that this prophecy was directed to the nation of Judah rather than to an individual, but the principles are applicable to any person that turns from, or boldly rejects the authority and revelation of God. The words in verses 5-6 refer primarily to the various segments of Judah, including the leadership in government, leadership in religion and the population at large.
"5 ...the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it;
I know that this prophecy reflects the condition of Judah and Jerusalem as it existed at the time of this prophecy, but the decay and sickness recorded here is systemic for any nation, society, assembly, family or individual that rejects the salvation and Lordship of Christ.

Isaiah 1:1-7
1 The vision of Isaiah the son of Amoz, which he saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah.
2 Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.
3 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider.
4 Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
5 Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
6 From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.
7 Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.

vs. 1 Addressing the primary audience.
vs. 2 God has given special care and blessing to certain people, which are called His children (in this case, Judah), yet they have rebelled against Him. It is possible for people to turn against the God who has given them existence, life, protection, health, wealth and Divine family status.
vs 3. Dumb animals (oxen and donkeys) even know their masters, but the people who have been favored by God have denied Him.
vs. 4 They (this sinful nation and people, are laden down, burdened, overwhelmed with wickedness.
They are not only separated from God personally, they are the cause of others being separated from God.
They are the progenitors of evil doers, corrupt children, polluted society.
They have forsaken God, they have turned their back to God, have become estranged from God, they have blasphemed God.
They have provoked God, made Him angry, raised His judgment against them.
vs. 5 God has come to the end of His inviting, since all it is going to do is drive them further away from God.
NOW begins a description of the whole body of rebelliousness. In this case it was the condition of Judah, but the principles apply to nations, assemblies, families and individual.
The whole head is sick (the leadership), referring to the decision making branch of government. This also applies to the mind, the reason, the will of an individual. The whole system of leadership has been infected.
The whole heart is faint (the spiritual leadership), referring to the religious or spiritual awareness of a group or an individual. Every area of spiritual life has been polluted, corrupted.

vs. 6 From the sole of the foot to the head. From the least to the greatest in the nation is sick. Likewise, the individual who rejects and turns boldly from God is ruined in every area of life. There is nothing in the person that is any longer responsive to God and His calling.
The oozing wounds that will not heal continue to fester. The sickness becomes evident and obnoxious to other people.
vs. 7 Whenever God is betrayed and denied then other forces come in to fill the void. The country is overtaken, the cities are overrun and destroyed.
Strangers, untoward powers and influences that would normally be rebuffed have become resident and are taking charge. They have invaded the godless territory and are now filling it with abominable, unthinkable wickedness.
Whether it is a nation, overthrown by its enemies or an individual who has been conquered by the enemies of the soul, there will be total loss and defilement. The heritage from the Lord and the benefits intended for the next generation are robbed and ruined by strangers who come in, either by force or by invitation.
