Is frightening to the sinner,
But comforting to the believer.
GOD JUDGES IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUTH
Sinners fear it.
Saints prefer it.
It is better to be judged by an all knowing and loving, merciful God than to be judged by the most just person on earth, since only God is perfect in knowledge and wisdom and justice and mercy.
APPLIED TO THE FATHER
God is true (Jn. 3:33).
His (the Father's) witness is true (Jn. 5:32).
Him (the Father)that sent Me is true (Jn. 7:18)
Father is true (Jn. 7:28).
